Most insurance plans provide coverage for mental health services, which can assist with some or all of the cost of these services.

Some insurance plans require pre-authorization for coverage, so be sure to call your insurance company prior to your first appointment to check on this and also to ensure the services you seek are covered.

It is also important to ask if you owe a deductible, coinsurance, copay, and if your provider is listed as "in-network." If the provider is not "in-network," ask what your "out of network" benefits include and cost for you. 

A credit or debit card is required for all appointments. Cards are used for copayments, coinsurance, and/or deductible amounts, which are due at the time of service. This is also used to guarantee new patient appointments and would be charged in the event of a no-show or last minute cancellation or reschedule.
